07.12.16: At “Brilliant Methodology: Affordable Housing and Energy Efficiency,” Greg Hale, Senior Advisor to the Chairman of Energy & Finance, Office of the Governor, State of New York, discussed his work launching an initiative to create a large private sector-driven deep energy retrofit market for existing multifamily buildings.
07.11.16: The July Oculus Book Talk featured Mario Gooden, Principal at Huff + Gooden Architects, Professor of Practice at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, and author of Dark Space: Architecture, Representation, Black Identity, was joined by Joel Sanders, AIA, Professor of Architecture at Yale University.

Moody, FAIA, Founder and CEO, Moody Nolan Architects, discussed how they organized the largest black-owned architecture and interior design firms nearly four decades ago. The conversation was moderated by Toni Griffin, Adjunct Professor, Harvard GSD, former head of the J. Max Bond Center at The City College of New York.
