Cooper Robertson has promoted Nathalie Guedes and Alfia White, LEED AP BD+C, to Senior Associates. Lloyd Helen, Iris Kim, and Anjulie Palta have been elevated to the role of Associate.
Chris Lee, AIA, and Sohith Perera, AIA, have been named Associate Principals at CetraRuddy. The firm also named four new Senior Associates: Dolly Alvarez; Meredith Cocco; Charles Thomson, LEED AP; and Willis Ting; as well as four new Associates: Sara Azizian; Kristopher Duritza; Ali Tabatabaie Ghomi; and Danielle Radel.

Elissa Black, who formerly served as Managing Director and Interim Director at Van Alen Institute, has been selected as NYCxDESIGN’s new Executive Director.
Pamela Puchalski, who helped launch the Center for Architecture, has been appointed Executive Director of Open House New York.
Sekou Cooke, curator of the Center for Architecture’s exhibition Close to the Edge: The Birth of Hip Hop Architecture, has been tapped to lead UNC Charlotte’s Master of Urban Design program.
Mitchell J. Silver, FAICP, has announced he will be stepping down as Commissioner of the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation to join McAdams as a Principal.
