AIA New York is seeking co-chair applications for its Future of Practice Committee.
AIANY’s program committees are the foundations from which the chapter positions itself in the field of architecture, whether through discussion, advocacy, policy-making and development, or other endeavors. Committees initiate the majority of the chapter’s programs and are the main avenue for direct involvement with AIANY.
The Future of Practice Committee seeks to explore how innovation can impact architects, allied disciplines, clients, end users, and the world at large. The committee champions transformational change in the profession as it relates to the built environment and society.
Preferred candidates will have shown past and strong commitment to the committee’s goals, a clear vision for the future of the committee, and good communication and management skills.
All applications must include a 250-word maximum letter of interest and CV sent to jcorbin@aiany.org with the subject line, “AIANY Future of Practice Committee Co-Chair Application.” Please send your applications in no later than November 19, 2021.
