Kuan-Ju Chen, Assoc. AIA
Kuan-Ju Chen has a passion for architecture, which drove her to pursue an architecture program after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She received a Master of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology. Kuan-Ju is a certified Passive House Designer, who has been directly responsible for designing and documenting the development of over 200 units of high-quality, energy-efficient affordable housing at Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP in New York City. She is also an active member of Social Science and Architecture Committee of AIANY, Open Architecture Collaborative NY and the Architectural League of New York.

A.L. Hu, Assoc. AIA
A.L. Hu is a queer, non-binary person of color working in New York City as an architectural designer. Their activism is at the intersection of architectural labor and gender equity. They are a member of as well as a conduit connecting many organizations, including The Architecture Lobby, QSPACE, ArchiteXX, and AIA New York. A.L. was a Storyteller and Thought Leader at the 2018 Equity by Design Symposium in San Francisco. They received a Master of Architecture from Columbia University GSAPP.
