Site Location
Pot Cove is located on the north side of the Hallet's Point peninsula along the East River south of the Triborough Bridge and Astoria Park. The Hallet's Point area has a mixed building stock, with walkup residential buildings developed in the late 19th Century, industrial buildings from the early to mid-20th Century and public housing from the mid-20th Century. The area is part of Queens Community District # 1
