Site B: Brooklyn, Fourth Avenue

Site Location
The site is located on the west side of 4th Avenue between 12th and 13th Streets. It measures 200 feet along 4th Avenue and is 100 feet deep. The area was constructed in the late 1800's and is part of NYC Community District #6. Because the intention of this competition is to arrive at a prototypical approach to sites along 4th Avenue, it is assumed that the mixed residential/commercial building at the northwest corner of 4th and 13th and that the one story industrial commercial building on the southwest corner of 4th and 12th do not exist, thus making the site dimensionally regular
